The total score of the DIB-R, the affect domain score and the impulse action pattern domain score range from 0 to 10, the cognition domain score ranges from 0 to 6, the interpersonal relationships domain score ranges from 0 to 18. Non-BPD participants are outpatients at a French-speaking university clinic who do not have borderline personality disorder
